Wonderful Annapurna base camp Trek

I must say that our group left Nepal and our friends with a heavy heart. The scenery, the friendly villagers; and your professional yet friendly guide and porters made our trip a memorable one./p pThe majesty of the snow peaks, the sunrise and sunsets against those beautiful peaks and the crisp fresh air for two weeks were just awesome. We enjoyed the selection of the various guesthouses too and especially the often-repeated menu, it made us laugh!! We can practically order our food without looking at them after a few days but we do enjoy that too. As Malaysians, we were very happy to find noodles and rice on the mountains!/p pYour guide (Phurba Sherpa) and the porters (Kaji Karki and Yogen Limbu) were fun to be with. They were caring, professional and above all, they were enthusiastic about the whole adventure. It made a lot of difference to our experience on this beautiful mountain trek. I do look forward to seeing Nepal again soon./p

He and his porter were great fun to travel with. Glenn Miller and Family - Canada,  11 November, 2008 pMy wife and I and our two adult children travelled for a month in Nepal with Nepal Trekking Tourism in the fall of 2008. It was the holiday of a lifetime. Once we had decided to go with Nepal Trekking Tourism Adventure (NTTA) all our questions and concerns were responded to by Pasang with dispatch. They seemed very professional and they proved to be that and more. We were treated like kings like visiting dignitary. Family could not have treated us better. Upon our arrival we were garlanded with marigolds upon our departure silk scarves were draped around our necks. Private mini-buses took us to and from our various connections (we trekked the Annapurna Circuit visited Beni Pokhara and the Chitwan Jungle Reserve). And when we decided to alter our plans somewhat the necessary bus tickets were delivered to our hotel door. We hired a guide and two porters who became like family. Our well-being and satisfaction was their daily concern. When we had a minor problem we just said to Dorji our guide what can we do about this? And he would make the necessary arrangements. It was worry-free travel. A five-star recommendation./p

Everest base camp trek

Not only are they real but they are also a Sherpa company. That is why, important because when you are on the trek, you may find, as we did, that one of the best things is simply being with Sherpas. Personally, although I enjoyed the scenery and the challenge, most of all I liked making friends with and learning from Pasang, Sumba, Tandi, Dorje, and all the other Sherpas that we met./p pAs for the logistics of the trek, our guide, Tand?, was essential in handling our altitude sickness. He was good at identifying with us when we were getting the symptoms, and working with us to manage the situation. Additionally, Tandi gave us a great deal of information about the mountain environment and the Sherpa culture.
